Brocolli Cauliflower Quiche- Kugel

2 bags frozen broccoli and 1 bag frozen cauliflower (cut chunks in half if too large)
3 onions
3 cubes frozen basil 
3 cubes frozen garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
8 eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise

1. Place frozen  brocilli and cauliflower in rectangular large pyrex dish or into pie crust or into mini pie crusts
2. Slice and sautee onions with basil and garlic till clear or browned
3. Stick blend eggs with mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add sautéed onion mix to the eggs and mix.
5. Pour egg mixture over broccoli and cauliflower and mix a bit with hands to incorporate onions.
6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Tip: Add a handful of cheese (mozzarell/ cedar) for a delicious dairy side or even a fast weeknight supper!
