Pumpkin (or carrot) Muffins

½ 15oz jar of pumkin (not pumpkin pie filling) Can also use baby jar Carrots
1 Cup flour
1 Cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup cranberries
Mix well with spoon. Line muffin tin with holders and fill
2/3.Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted
in the muffins comes out dry, ( for mini muffuns cook for
twenty minutes) ( can also makeas a kugel in 9x13 and cook
for 40-50 minutes)
