Asian Broccoli

 Roasted Broccoli with Soy Sauce

1 lb broccoli
1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
preheat oven to 450
Place broccoli in mixing bowl and toss with oil, soy sauce, and
sesame oil. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and roast for 10
minutes. After ten minutes, stir and continue roasting 5 minutes
more or until broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly browned on
edges.
While broccoli roasts toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over very
high heat for 30-60 seconds. When broccoli is done toss with
sesame seeds and serve.
